This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions for Convic, a customer messaging automation platform operated by Softgrid Technologies.
New subscription purchases may be eligible for a refund if the request is submitted within 30 days of the original payment date.
Refund eligibility applies only to the first billing cycle.
Convic integrates with Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform. WhatsApp conversation fees are billed separately by Meta and are non-refundable.
Refund requests apply only to Convic platform subscription fees and do not include WhatsApp messaging costs.
Refunds are not provided in the following cases:
Partial refunds may be issued at our discretion when a subscription has been active for only part of a billing cycle.
Cancelling a subscription prevents future billing but does not automatically generate a refund.
Refund requests must be submitted separately within the refund eligibility window.
Convic depends on Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform APIs and other third-party infrastructure providers. Temporary service interruptions caused by these providers are outside our control and do not qualify for refunds.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
