1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Convic (convic.softgridtech.com), you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, you must discontinue use of the platform.

2. Service Provider

Convic is a software platform operated by Softgrid Technologies. Convic provides automation tools that integrate with the WhatsApp Business Platform but does not own or control WhatsApp services.

Businesses connecting their WhatsApp accounts remain the owners and controllers of their messaging activity and customer relationships.

3. WhatsApp Business Platform Usage

Convic integrates with Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform APIs. Businesses using Convic must comply with:

• WhatsApp Business Terms of Service
• Meta Business Platform Policies
• Applicable data protection laws

Convic does not grant permission to send unsolicited messages. Businesses are responsible for collecting valid user consent before sending WhatsApp communications.

4. Customer Data Responsibility

Businesses using Convic are responsible for ensuring lawful collection, processing, and usage of customer contact information.

Convic processes message data only to provide platform functionality and does not sell customer data.

5. Platform Availability

Convic services depend partially on third-party infrastructure, including Meta APIs. Availability may change due to platform updates, maintenance, or policy enforcement actions outside our control.

6. Prohibited Usage

Users agree not to:

• Send spam or unsolicited promotional messages
• Violate WhatsApp messaging policies
• Impersonate another business or entity
• Use Convic for illegal communications

7. Limitation of Liability

Softgrid Technologies is not responsible for WhatsApp Business account suspensions, template rejections, or messaging limitations enforced by Meta.

Convic is provided “as-is” without guarantees of uninterrupted service availability.

8. Account Suspension

Accounts violating these Terms or Meta platform policies may be restricted or terminated without prior notice.

9. Data Retention

Message logs and platform data may be retained temporarily for operational, security, and compliance purposes.

10. Updates to Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of Convic indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
